This game is very easy.
| Number of Players: |
2+ |
| Teams? |
No, it's every man (or woman) for his or
herself. Unless you want teams. |
There are two versions of this game, one for two
people and one for more than two people.
| Two Person Game |
| Players |
A Batter and a pitcher |
| What you need |
- 1 Golf Club
- 1 Shovel
- 7 Pinecones or 7 Dogcraps
- Lawn Furniture
- Helmets for Everyone
- 1 Bouncing plastic ball.
|
| What to Do First |
Spread the lawn furniture
out over the yard you are playing in. Spread out
the dogcraps or pinecones over
the yard. Everyone puts a helmet
on. Designate a place to throw the Kraps or
Kones. |
| Directions for play |
- Select two ends of the yard. One is where
the pitcher stands and one is where the
batter stands. The shovel is
placed 2 paces behind the batter.
- The batter uses the golf club
as a bat.
- The pitcher rolls the ball to the batter.
The batter hits the ball (or not...
depending on whether he sucks or not).
- The batter throws down the club and grabs
the shovel from behind him, then picks up
a krap or a kone and tosses it into the
designated area. 1 point for each K or K.
- The pitcher chases after the ball and
tries to hit the batter with it. If the
ball hits the shovel, then the batter is
not out.
- If you believe you just threw out the
last K or K, call a number between 1 and
10. If that indeed was the last K or K,
then you add that number to your score,
otherwise you subtract it.
- Alternate after every pitch.
- If the batter misses twice, they're out.
Switch places.
|
| Rules |
- You are allowed to hit the ball with the
shovel.
- You cannot hit anyone else with the
shovel.
- You cannot club anyone with the golf
club.
- You can carry more than one K or K at a
time.
